Service Description
This is an add on that can be used on any of our services. With this add on it means we are ONLY using 100% non-toxic cleaning supplies (mainly homemade supplies) You can request a list of our non-toxic supplies we use if you please, and may also choose your essential oil scent for the products.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If we arrive at the house and are locked out, we will contact you and wait 30 minutes. If no one unlocks the house in that time frame or you have not communicated with us a code/key location to unlock the house ourselves, then it will be considered a lock out. Cancelations or lock outs that are not communicated 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a $75 lock out fee to compensate for our missed work time.
