who provides the cleaning supplies & equipment?
We provide all the equipment and supplies to make it as stress-free as possible for you!
are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?
Absolutely! We use all eco-friendly products ensuring safety for everyone in the home! We also offer an add on to use only 100% non-toxic supplies for an added level of safety. We are always happy to accommodate to allergies or sensitivities as well, ensuring everyone is happy!
can i request specific cleaning supplies?
Yes! You are always more than welcome to request we use any specific products, or have us use yours. We are always happy to accommodate to your needs!
how do i give special instructions or requests?
You can add it in the notes on your free quote, otherwise we will always follow up on that question again when scheduling your clean with you. We have notes for each client on our jobs to ensure we're always preforming to meet your needs and that nothings missed. Once you give us your requests, they will be tied with your name for us to see, so you won't have to worry about letting us know more than once. You can edit these at anytime!
how do i prepare for a cleaning service?
The best way to prepare is:

Declutter floors & counters as much as you're able

Make sure your door is unlocked or that we have a way to enter

Set out any of your cleaning supplies that you want us to use
(if requested)
If you are unable to move things, no worries at all! The team always moves items that we're able to, to make sure to clean under everything possible and will lightly tidy up floors if needed as well. We just request if you're able to move anything to prepare for cleaning that you do, as it helps simplify things for us and we greatly appreciate it. However it by no means is a requirement!
what should i do with my pet?
Our team loves pets! Your pet is more than welcome to be left out during the clean, as long as they're not trying to escape when we open doors, taking our supplies, or making our job more difficult. Another option is putting them away in a kennel or if there's a room you're not having us clean, we just ask to not have constant barking during the clean. We haven't yet had any problems with pets, so don't stress it too much, we can always let you know if something needs to be different for future cleans!
how will you access my home?
Often times people will give us a spare key/door code to simplify entering the home and avoid lock out fees. Otherwise if someone is home, you can always just let us in!
Your code is completely confidential and will never be shared or used outside of appointment times.
do i need to be home during the cleaning?
Whatever you prefer! You are more than welcome to stay home if you prefer & it's easier, but you by no means have to stay! It's whatever your personal preference is!
what is your cancelation policy?
We ask that you give us at least a 24 hour notice. We understand that sometimes things come up and you may not be able to. Our team really appreciates having a 24 hour heads up as it helps us a lot and gives the option for another client to fill your time slot.
what are lock out fees?
If we arrive for the clean and are not able to enter the home, we will try to get ahold of you to unlock the door or tell us how to ourselves. If we haven't heard from you within 30 minutes, we will leave and you will be charged a "lock out" fee of $75 to compensate for our time.
when will i get charged?
You will be charged the full bill for the clean once we are finished with the job.
what payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments, cash, Apple pay, Zelle or Venmo.
what if i'm not satisfied with the clean?
Our team will always check in with you before leaving the clean (if you're home) to see if there's anything you feel was missed or any special requests, to ensure we can meet your expectations before leaving. After the appointment you will receive a follow up text to hear your feedback on the clean. If you are not happy with the job, you can always reach out to us and we will work something out with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
We haven't yet had anyone who wasn't very pleased with the work we did!
can i get same day booking?
Typically yes! If you are doing a flat rate clean and there's a time slot available for that day, we are more than happy to do same-day. Otherwise, once you fill out the form for your free quote, you'll hear back within 24 hours! As soon as you have it, you can start booking cleans whenever you please! Your free quote stays on your account, you only have to do it once!
are your cleaners fully trained?
Yes! All of our cleaners go through a training program before starting with us, to ensure everything is done with excellence and that we're offering you the highest quality service!
how many cleaners do you send to a job?
Cleans will always be sent with teams of one-two.
are your cleaners screened/whats the employment process?
Yes! All of our cleaners are screened/background checked before hiring, to ensure the safety of your home & personal belongings. Each cleaner goes through an initial interview + working interview. Then once hired, begin their training program before starting on your home!
are your cleaners insured?
Yes! All of our cleaners are insured.
do you have a checklist?
Yes! There is a checklist for every clean attached in the services section. Our cleaners have a more in depth/detailed checklist to go over while cleaning your home as well, to ensure the highest quality service.
should i tip my cleaners?
Tipping is always extremely appreciated and always helps our cleaners know they did an amazing job! However, by no means is expected or required. That decision is solely yours. If you choose to tip, you can either tip the cleaners while they're there, or you can after the clean when you pay through any of the mentioned payment methods.
is your company licensed?
Yes, we are fully licensed!
Are You Insured?
Yes, the company as a whole is insured!
how do you handle accidents or damage?
We haven't yet had any of our cleaners leave damage, so it is very unlikely that it will occur. However, if it does, we will reach out to you immediately to see what you want us to do with the item that was damaged, then either Ella or Mistaya will reach out to you to figure out replacing the item for you.
